Genre: Pyscological thriller

For the project I have made a theatrical Movie poster to complement and market my trailer on top of this I made a magazine cover to advertise. I tried to make them match the genre of the film/ trailer. The general Theme is to have it Dark and mysterious. The purpose is for people to want to find out more. This is why I used dark Backgrounds and lighting to create a Mysterious Atmosphere. In addition I used Blues and purple as of the connotations.

All of the products are meant to match and have a link and include the same general theme. I tried to use the same style fonts on the poster and in the trailer as an example. I used the same kind of scratchy text in the same colour.

which I picked because of colour research I did. I also tried to keep to the theme of dark , mysterious but not horror and thats why I stayed clear of red which would make it more blood/gory idea.

I also used the triple effect on the text through out my products such as the title of the magazine also had an effect to duplicate the words. As well as applying this effect to the image on the posters.
